Experteer Overview
In this role you will align tablet and granule production with resource availability, manage short‑term planning and schedule performance, and drive improvements to meet demand. You will work within Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals context at the Garbagnate Milanese site, ensuring GMP/GXP compliance while optimizing supply chain operations. You will use OMP, SAP ERP and other digital tools to support decision‑making and maintain production flow. Your work has a direct impact on manufacturing efficiency, schedule reliability and product release readiness. This is a hands‑on planning role that combines compliance, planning excellence and cross‑functional collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 14001/9001, OHSAS 18001 and internal regulations
* Plan and monitor short‑term bulk production using OMP, SAP ERP and other tools to meet finished product demand
* Align short‑term bulk plan with resource availability and production times
* Oversee production execution, monitor plan vs. actuals (volume, shifts, downtime)
* Lead exception management, bottleneck and risk management with internal stakeholders
* Manage dependent demand for Garbagnate semi‑finished products within four months
* Support decision‑making through planned scenario analysis and change management
* Assist master data maintenance, lead times, change‑overs, and quality release processes
* Prepare weekly planning meetings with Production and Quality
* Support release planning for finished product and bulk sales to Bayer affiliates
* Drive KPI review and continuous improvement initiatives
Responsabilità
* University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
* 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement or quality in life sciences or FMCG
* Familiarity with production processes and their supply chain role
* Understanding of GMP/GXP regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to deliver results in a complex environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with cross‑functional teamwork in supply chain
* Analytical mindset with focus on excellence and improvement
* Experience using supply chain planning software (preferably OMP)
* English proficiency (preferred)
