Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery and evolution of Requirements Engineering capabilities for GCAP HQ, enabling end‑to‑end lifecycle traceability and cross‑partner integration. You will plan migrations from legacy tools, ensure data quality, and establish reference architectures for the digital thread. Working with cross‑functional teams and external partners, you translate needs into a clear capability roadmap and prioritized backlog. You will drive governance, collaboration, and transitions to a target‑state platform that supports verified and certified capabilities.
