Guest services and visitor coordination: welcome and assist all clients, partners, and suppliers, recording access and accompanying guests to their designated rooms.
Meeting room management: preparation of meeting rooms, organization of supplies, and maintaining tidy welcoming areas.
Common areas management: ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of shared spaces across all floors (terrace, kitchenette, restrooms, and circulation areas), including coordination of restocking activities.
What You Have
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar role
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
A professional, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adjust working hours when needed to support daily business needs
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 24.000 and € 28.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
