About the role

As an Account Executive, your main responsibility is to ensure our customer, category, and brand plans are executed effectively in-store/outlet to boost sell-out of our brands. You will ensure our brands are consistently appealing wherever they connect with consumers/shopper.

Portfolio: Core, Reserve, Innovation, Packaged beer

Customers: Cocktail bars, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants with a minimum annual spirits sell-out of 300 liters (excluding aperitif).

Responsibilities:

1. Outlet segmentation: Identify outlets within your territory, categorize them based on segmentation guidelines, and record them in the CRM system. Visit outlets according to the call frequency for each category.
2. Driving distribution: Identify partnership opportunities, work with the Account Manager and sales team to identify distribution and activation opportunities, and negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements following company guidelines.
3. Execution standards: Ensure sales drivers are prioritized and promotional activities are implemented as per the activity calendar. Supervise and measure outlet performance in the CRM system and take corrective actions when needed.
4. Teamwork: Collaborate with the Account Manager to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers. Report to the Regional Manager.

About you

To succeed, you should:

* Be motivated to achieve targets and passionate about the night trade.
* Build and influence commercial relationships for mutual profit.
* Deliver results and pursue additional opportunities.
* Adapt your communication style to your audience.
* Learn quickly to promote our broad portfolio effectively.
* Be willing to work evenings and nights regularly.
* Have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in on-trade channels.
* Be proficient in Italian and English.
