After completing the selection process, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the Rome area and at HSPI's Rome office, taking on one of the following professional roles:
Project Management Consultant: plans, manages, and monitors projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives within time and budget constraints.
IT Governance Consultant: defines processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives through digital leverage.
Business Analyst: analyzes business objectives and processes, identifying organizational and technological solutions for business innovation and improving corporate efficiency;
Cybersecurity Consultant: identifies, analyzes, and mitigates information security risks by developing and implementing strategies for the protection of data and IT services;
Legal Data Protection Consultant: provides legal guidance on matters related to data protection governance, networks, and IT systems. Drafts documents, plans, and reports to ensure compliance with applicable mandatory or voluntary regulations;
Trainer Consultant: responsible for delivering training courses to employees and clients on topics such as Project Management and IT Governance. The role encompasses the development of necessary skills, attainment of required certifications, and official accreditation as a Trainer recognized by international bodies (e.g., PeopleCert, APMG).
What technical requirements should you have?
Master’s degree in STEM and Law;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Good knowledge of the English language.
What soft skills should you possess?
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
Teamworking ability;
Goal orientation, precision, and attention to detail.
