Guarantee excellence and reliability of charging solutions through continuous analysis of field issues, proactive collaboration with technical and business teams, and direct customer support, with the goal of preventing failures, improving user experience, and contributing to product innovation. /ppbr/ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pullianalyze monthly field failure information and collaborate with the technical and business teams to identify areas for improvement in the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of our charging solutions and services /liliinitiate, assign, and manage problem investigations to understand the root cause of field quality problems and monitor their progress through the problem solving process. /liliperform technical analysis and create written reports upon customer request /lilicreate written reports to inform service and support teams of issue resolutions /lilisupport Customer Care team to quickly address customer issues and support in the escalation process for for customer issues resolution. As necessary, engagement directly with the end customer may be required. /lilimake the bridge between customer requirements, field issues, and technical teams to assure quality issues are properly understood and addressed.
