Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Personal Banker will include:
1. Ensuring the implementation of established management policies and executing appropriate commercial initiatives aimed at managing and developing retail clientele.
2. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing adequate assistance regarding the bank’s products and services.
3. Working towards achieving commercial objectives related to the retail clientele at the branch.
4. Providing high-quality service and advice to retail clients, complying with current regulations and fulfilling all operational and administrative duties.
Skills:
1. Good knowledge of the socio-economic fabric of the reference area.
2. Good understanding of managed savings, administered savings, and insurance sectors.
3. Ability to provide comprehensive advice to clients on relevant products.
4. Willingness to engage in development activities.
5. Knowledge of financial markets, investment, and financing products.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
7. Commercial characteristics and proactive attitude.
8. Results-oriented, dynamic, versatile, and team player.
9. Ability to understand client needs.
10. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and major email systems (Lotus Notes, Outlook).
Membership in protected categories according to law 68/99 will be highly considered.
