What you'll be doing...
An interesting and varied task awaits you. Operating a world class outlet centre retail strategy, we need you to focus specifically on the development of brands to maximize the retail performance of stores providing support in analytical work, excellent retail operation, future oriented project work, as well as general brand management activities.
Among other things, you will assume the following responsibilities:
• Maintain close links with brands
• Give guidance to store managers on profitable in-store presentation
• Coordinate Sales Performance Reviews, store analysis, shop manager meetings, mystery shopping and training programs
• Provide all relevant reporting with regards to the McArthurGlen standards (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports, other requested reports)

• Retail management/ store management experience is essential
• Excellent analytical and excel skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic about fashion retail
• Excellent knowledge of sales KPIs
• Proficient English and Italian, written & spoken
• Relationship building – internal/external
• Communication skills
• MS Office skills
