Join us to lead end‑to‑end payroll operations where your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees across multiple countries. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries/entities /li liExecute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net) /li liComplete standard accounting reconciliations /li liResolve payroll queries /li liSupport vendor relationships and performance management /li liPartner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teams /li liSuggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodology /li liSupport payroll components of strategic initiatives /li liDeliver on payroll part of country expansion projects /li liContribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency /li liUpkeep of payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps, etc.) /li liRaise blockers and issues to senior analysts and managers /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent customer service orientation /li li1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non‑payroll/HR) /li liFluency in English /li liAdvanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) /li liStrong analytical and statistical capabilities /li liExperience with root cause analysis /li liAbility to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDeep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations) /li liFamiliar with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP software /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
