Consolidate relationship with Agents to maintain high level motivation and business focus. /liliCommunicate and supports established sales targets and metrics and manage constant feedback on sales results. /li /ulpbPL Management /b /pliResponsible for Regional PL Achievement. Provide regional direction to the organization developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals. /liliAnalyze the company's financial statements and other indicators of financial performance in order to assess standing and financial position. Ensure effective Credit Management is executed and reviewed. /liliDetermine ways to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve overall company performance, including HC management strategies and business channel management. /liliReview Inventory Processes and KPIs, monitoring the rotation of goods. /liliEngage in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals.
