DHL Express Italy, a world leader in express transport and logistics services, part of the DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work, is looking for a candidate for an internship in Sponsorship & Media Events and Communications within the Brand & Communications team at Innovation Campus, Peschiera Borromeo (MI).
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The opportunity to develop techniques and skills in defining an offline and online communication plan in line with the company's strategy.
The opportunity to acquire the basic operational elements of communication and event organization within a multinational context.
A 6-month full-time internship, with reimbursement of expenses of €800 gross and meal vouchers worth €8.00 (€7.00 for smartworking).
Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).
WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
- Participating in the definition of communication plans across various company channels and their implementation through the creation of various types of communication materials
- Supporting the team in the planning, organization, and management of communication initiatives (events, local and global sponsorships, public relations activities)
- Back office support and logistical management of materials dedicated to communication initiatives.
- Support in relations with customers and suppliers.
- Management of relations with various company departments, promoting effective and results-oriented collaboration.
- Drafting reports, follow-ups, and gathering industry information.
- Drafting and developing communication content for events.
- Supporting the planning and operational management of activities and facilitating information flows and agenda coordination.
YOUR PROFILE
With a strong interest in the world of Brand & Communications, I have strong communication and creative skills, a digital mindset, adaptability to different contexts, a proactive and innovative spirit, as well as solid organizational skills.
Experience and skills:
- Degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or similar
- Knowledge of English (advanced level – C1)
- Familiarity with AI and Adobe, Canva, etc.
- Curiosity and passion for the digital world
- Good knowledge of Office365
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good writing skills
