What You’ll Do As a Digital Designer for AI experiences, you design human-centered products that make AI understandable, useful and trustworthy
- turning emerging technologies into meaningful value at scale.
Rapidly prototype and validate AI-driven experiences
- using real or simulated models, data and prompts to test interactions early, with a learning-through-making mindset to guide discisions.
Design human-AI interaction patterns
- shape flows, feedback, explanations and controls that help people understand and confidently use AI-powered features.
Collaborate across disciplines
- work closely with researchers, data scientists, engineers, product and design to integrate AI capabilities into customer-centric solutions.
Balance intelligence and responsibility
- design experiences that are transparent, ethical and aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Contribute to learning
- share insights, patterns and best practices to strengthen AI design maturity across the organization.
Your Skills As Digital Designer (AI experiences) at Telekom, you combine strong design craft with deep curiosity for technology and intelligent systems.
Human-centered design craft
- design interaction, UX and high-quality visual interfaces that form coherent end-to-end experiences.
UI design craft
- design high-quality, visually refined user interfaces, with attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing and interaction details.
Design systems usage
- apply and extend existing design systems to support AIdriven patterns, behaviors and components consistently.
Accessibility and inclusion
- design AI-powered experiences that work for everyone and reflect inclusive design principles.
Collaboration and communication
- work across disciplines and explain AI-driven design decisions clearly.
Your Profile Degree in Design or a related field, with proven experience in digital design.
Track record designing AI-powered experiences within digital products or services.
A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, including experimentation, prototyping and decision-making — ideally with AI-driven features.
Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus. xjrgpwk
