Atelier Biagetti is looking for a Director to join its Milan-based studio.
Founded by Alberto Biagetti and Laura Baldassari, Atelier Biagetti is an interdisciplinary Milan-based practice exploring the boundaries between art, design and performance. The studio combines a distinctive international voice with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, critical thinking and production.
We are looking for someone who can step into a complex creative environment and drive the development of projects, relationships and new business opportunities in line with the studio’s vision.
The ideal candidate has cultural sensitivity, strategic vision and strong operational skills, and will work closely with the CEO and Creative Direction to support the development of the studio and the coordination of its daily activities.
The role includes:
- managing and developing relationships with clients, galleries, brands, partners and cultural institutions
- coordinating projects from concept to delivery, in close dialogue with the CEO and Creative Direction
- overseeing communication, press office, events and presentations
- supporting business development and the growth of the studio
- managing the internal team, external collaborators, suppliers and operational priorities
- overseeing project budgets, proposals and financial planning in coordination with the CFO
- acting as a cross-brand manager, ensuring strategic consistency across the studio’s different brands, projects, collections and communication outputs
We are looking for someone with experience in design, luxury, art, and with a background in communication, business development or operations within creative and cultural environments.
