Experteer Overview
In this role you will educate customers on Philips IGT-Devices for Coronary and Peripheral segments and support cath‑lab usage across Centro Italia. You will train hospital staff, monitor system adoption, and troubleshoot to sustain product confidence. Your work accelerates disposable utilization and strengthens physician and staff relationships while translating customer needs into cross‑functional improvements. You will operate in a field‑based setting, collaborating with marketing and internal teams to drive market growth and provide competitive insights.

* Provide primary training and education to customers on IGT-Devices
* Disseminate technical product information and train cath‑lab staff during procedures as needed
* Monitor system usage and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain confidence in products
* Drive disposable utilization and contribute to revenue and market position in the territory
* Build strong, direct relationships with hospital physicians and catheter laboratory staff
* Collaborate with Marketing and internal groups to assess needs and gather competitive intelligence
* Process and monitor product complaints according to company xjrgpwk procedures
Responsabilità
* BA/MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or related clinical/scientific field
* Fluency in English and Italian
* Travel availability 70‑80% to support cath‑lab disposable usage
* Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
* Based in Central Italy (Toscana, Marche, Umbria) for effective regional support
