This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day. /p pDesigning human experiences for complex technologies. /p h3Posizione /h3 pTo support our growth, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and contribute to the attraction and selection of engineering and technical professionals. /p pThe role focuses on managing recruitment activities across different areas of the company, supporting the identification, assessment, and engagement of candidates for positions related to engineering, software development, design, human factors, research, and innovation. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding support. /li liSource and identify candidates through job boards, professional networks, universities, and direct search activities. /li liConduct screening interviews and support candidate assessment processes. /li liCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies. /li liSupport employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with universities, research institutions, and professional communities. /li liContribute to recruitment reporting and talent pipeline management activities. /li liSupport recruiting activities for engineering, technical, and innovation-related positions. /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or related fields. /li liExperience or strong interest in technical and engineering recruitment. /li liAbility to understand technical roles and interact effectively with engineering and multidisciplinary teams. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously. /li liProactive attitude and problem‑solving mindset. /li liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience recruiting profiles in areas such as automotive, engineering, software development, RD or innovation. /li liFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. /li liExperience in consulting, engineering, technology, or innovation-driven environments. /li liKnowledge of employer branding and talent attraction practices. /li liExperience collaborating with universities, master's programmes, research centres, or graduate recruitment initiatives. /li liInterest in emerging technologies and technical career paths. /li /ul h3Altre informazioni /h3 pSchedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
