Being part of an expanding team of software and hardware developers for the industrialization of top-line healthcare monitors, with a focus on maintaining a reliable production process and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and efficacy, including the start-up of new device production (NPI).
Keep up to date and coordinate the implementation of process documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient process after the NPI stage.
Collaborate with the industrialization team for the development and validation of tooling, equipment, and automated machines for production lines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define, in collaboration with R&D, industrial management, and process quality, the assembly sequences.
* Manage operations activities during new product introduction phases, in collaboration with process and outgoing quality teams and project leaders.
* Develop industrial operations for manufacturing processes.
* Create and maintain process data in MES to ensure transparent and predictable operational financial performance.
* Update work instructions and manage engineering changes.
* Identify and challenge existing process wastes or weaknesses to pursue higher performance, promoting process optimization with lean concepts.
* Create and manage software needed to produce healthcare monitors, in collaboration with the R&D department.
* Support software and production process validation.
* Collaborate with process quality to manage pFMEA.
* Work with the process and outgoing quality departments to monitor production line trends and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with the team to improve processes by adding automation to enhance efficiency.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Science or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent technical experience in production engineering teams.
Your profile:
* Familiar with IE tools such as SMED, VSM, etc.
* Knowledge of assembly processes.
* Knowledge of operations excellence, production processes, and their optimization.
* Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software configuration.
* Basic knowledge of networking.
* Good written and spoken English skills.
* Knowledge of database management, including data types and SQL queries, is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics is an added value.
* Knowledge of monitor devices is appreciated.
* Willing to diversify work across different activities.
* Good interpersonal skills and teamworking abilities.
* Willingness to work non-standard hours.
* Strong personality capable of convincing, influencing, and escalating issues within the organization.
* Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement is a plus.
