We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller - European Countries to support in elaborating sales analysis and controlling of Europe Area. Duties will include managing records of the area and providing reports. Monitoring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial data, support auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
The ideal candidate should hold numerical proficiency skills and will cooperate in implementing proper control, achieving targets, and developing financial reports that support the development strategy and goals.
The ideal candidate is also confident in dealing with EEC regulation and export accounting.
Main Responsibilities:
· Monthly financial controlling and reporting
· Analyzing data of the area to provide regional and location analysis and recommendations on weekly, monthly and annual reporting and forecasting
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all location financial reports, including the monthly close and client reporting
· Prepare reports and decision making analysis support
· Perform balance sheet and P&L analysis of critical balances at a region/unit-level
· Oversee and support outside financial audits as required
· Support audit processes.
· Support the Finance Manager on process improvement initiatives, cross regional analysis and other required ad hoc projects
Requirements:
· Master's Degree in Accounting or Economics.
· 2 -3 years experience in accounting, controlling preferably in multinational company
· Excellent Excel and other DB sw.
· Fluent English in financial professional (C level)
· High analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous attention to detail required
· Communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with different cultures and manage cross country relationships
· Auditing experience is a plus
SAP experience is a plus
· Compliance oriented.
