IT PROJECT MANAGER
to join the
IT Omnichannel
area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather business requirements and create functional analysis documentation; Collaborate with involved business functions to understand and translate their needs into implementation proposals; Lead functional analysis ensuring technical solutions meet internal requirements defined by the architect and platform capabilities; Design Ecommerce processes (catalog, media management, pricing, orders, returns, etc.); Coordinate project stakeholders, both internal and external (departments, partners, suppliers); Ensure results meet commercial and technical requirements through testing activities; Share new functionalities and knowledge across the organization. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields; Good technical knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud); Functional and technical skills with the ability to write proposals and structured documentation; Experience with ticketing/change management tools (e.g., Jira, Wiki); Team-oriented, proactive in interactions, and able to build positive relationships; Excellent command of English; Experience of 1+ years in Ecommerce projects and understanding of Ecommerce processes is a plus.
