Our passionately curious research professionals have built unique multi-specialist capabilities that provide true understanding and powerful insights into the actions, opinions and motivations of citizens, consumers, patients, customers or employees. /ppFor our Milan office we are looking for a bSenior /b bQuantitative Researcher /bto be placed within the bService Line Market Strategy and Understanding. /b /p pTheb Market Strategy and Understanding (MSU /b) bService Line /b specializes in addressing strategic and business-critical issues for clients, such as understanding consumer behavior, decision-making processes related to purchasing behavior, brand positioning, brand equity, and the definition of marketing and brand development strategies. /p pIpsos MSU, combining deep market and consumer knowledge with a broad range of integrated, cutting-edge, ad hoc and modeled research solutions, helps its clients make more accurate and differentiated decisions to identify the best growth opportunities and anticipate and capitalize on new trends. /ppApplying innovative approaches spanning diverse disciplines, such as neuroscience and behavioral science, we provide strategic and consulting guidance for the growth of our clients' businesses. /p pbMarket Strategy and Understanding Senior Researcher /b /ppbYour role /b /ppWithin the Market Strategy and Understanding Service Line, you will autonomously manage the entire workflow of a research project, ensuring the efficient development and quality of the result of the individual market research. /ppSpecifically, you will have the following responsibilities: /pulliensuring an effective relationship with the client from the collection of the brief to the presentation of the research results; /lilidrafting research projects, formulating methodologies consistent with the inputs received and responding to the client’s specific objectives; /lilideveloping the questionnaire and related translations; /lilicoordinating with the business functions and actors involved in data collection and analysis, constantly ensuring proper management of time and related costs; /liliindependently managing the research process; /lilichecking the received research data, preparing analysis plans, checking the resulting outputs; /lilianalysing data, preparing reports and sharing them with the client together with their research manager; /liliindependently creating presentations with comments and, depending on the complexity of the project, dealing directly with the presentation to the client; /lililiaising with the client to provide and/or acquire information useful for the closing of the project. /li /ul pbRequired hard skills /b /pulliAt least 5 years’ previous experience in market research and analysis /liliMastery of quantitative research tools /liliPresentation skills /lili Advanced Excel, Power Point, Advanced English /li /ul pbRequired soft skills /b /pulliTeam work and team building /liliProactivity and spirit of initiative /liliAttention to detail and accuracy /liliEffective communication /liliCuriosity and willingness to explore new approaches /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer you? /b /p ulliA professional path within an international and highly educational Group. /liliA work environment that is very attentive to people and policies in terms of ESG: Environment, Sustainability, People - DI /liliActive participation in internal corporate wellbeing activities; /liliContinuous on-the-job training, access to the e-learning platform (Ipsos Training Center) /liliA People Culture HR Team at your disposal with whom you can always contact in case of need. /liliThe opportunity to work closely with industry experts to provide research and strategies to our national and international top clients /li /ul pbIpsos Taking Responsibility /b /p pWe are committed to providing equal opportunity to all employees, creating an inclusive, collaborative, supportive work environment based on respect, fairness and equal opportunity.
