Ph3About the role /h3pThis role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across service operations, tools, and processes, acting as a key link between business, IT, and the service network. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and resilient individual who enjoys challenges and wants to actively drive change within a dynamic service environment. /ppLocation: The role is based in Assago. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliProactively gather feedback from our external service network (ISPs) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities (processes, tools, procedures), identifying issues or bottlenecks, proposing improvements and new ways of working. /liliAssess the feasibility of initiatives and build data‑driven business cases, promoting initiatives and securing alignment/buy‑in. /liliLead the development and implementation of business solutions (e.g., new tools). /liliAct as key user of systems, ensuring alignment and integration across platforms. /liliSupport adoption by ensuring usability and effectiveness of solutions. /liliDesign and deliver training programs on tools and processes, independently preparing training materials (presentations, guides, technical content) and monitoring effectiveness. /liliManage issues and identify solutions related to connected appliances in cooperation with central support and development teams. /liliCollaborate with international teams (IT support and development, HQ technical support). /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliSolid technical or operational background with exposure to projects or process improvement. /liliExperience in service environment, technical support, or service networks. /liliSolid understanding of IT systems and business applications. /liliStrong proactivity and continuous‑improvement mindset. /liliExcellent communication and training skills. /liliAssertiveness and stakeholder influencing ability. /liliComfortable working in dynamic and challenging environments. /liliStrong problem‑solving skills. /liliFluent English (required for interaction with international teams) and Italian. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
