Barilla G.& R. Fratelli is looking for a Security Manager, within the Facility and Security Management unit. The position will report to the Global Security Senior Manager and will be based in our Headquarters in Parma. Job Purpose Implement, in line with company’s policies and the head’s guidelines, the standards, the protocols and the programs for the security and protection of the Company’s workforce and physical assets. Act to mitigate the risks and actively contribute to the protection of the Company. Key Accountabilities - Ensure the implementations of all the programs and projects aimed at improving protection and security for personnel, plant machinery, goods and assets of the Barilla Italy Plants and HQ. - Responsible for the recruitment, selection, training and supervising of the external security personnel. - Overlooks arrangement of surveillance and security services, in the pursuit of quality, reliability and cost containment within choices and guidelines. - Guarantee diffusion of a company-culture oriented to asset’s security and risk prevention, through communication with the aim of strengthening respect and safeguard of the company’s assets. - Maintain effective liaison with all appropriate Public Institutions, including, but not limited to, Law Enforcements, Intelligence Agencies and relevant international bodies. - Manage positive and effective relationships among key stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance communications and risk mitigation. - Manage the security budget with reference to the infrastructure and the external security - Support the Department with the implementation of security-related projects at global level. Requirements: - Master’s degree in law, political sciences, economics - 5/7 years of experience in a similar role - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple activities at the same time - Ability to build effective relationships, to collaborate with others - Excellent planning, coordination and resources management skills - Ability to properly analyze and evaluate situations by assessing related risks and actors involved - Good negotiation skills and verbal and written communication skills - Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty - Italian and English fluency, spoken and written, are mandatory - International mindset
