Ph3Overview /h3 pAn exciting opportunity for the 2026 season has arisen for a Banqueting Operations Manager at Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, to support the Events team in providing excellent and personalised guest experiences, while leading and coordinating the banqueting teams. /p pYour role will include, but not be limited to: /p ul liProvide an excellent and personalised guest experience according to our service standards. /li liLead and coordinate the banqueting team (outsourced). /li liOrganise and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or FB Manager. /li liManage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures. /li liMaintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues. /li liAnticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints. /li liInventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries. /li liComply with health and safety regulations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English; a third language is preferred. /li liExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills. /li liProfessional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian International wines. /li liMinimum 3 years of professional experience within the same role in a hotel environment. /li liExceptional customer service skills. /li liPassion for hospitality and ambition to grow professionally. /li liFlexibility to work on weekends and a rotating schedule. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAt Belmond we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
