The Shift Leader position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Monitor and maintain adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Provide exceptional guest service by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.
* Train and develop staff members, focusing on their growth and development.
* Manage daily operations, including sales reports, inventory control, and cleanliness of work areas.
* E nsure compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
* Shift leader experience in a comparable hotel setting, ideally in luxury hotels.
* Strong language skills in Italian and English, with additional languages being an advantage.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in guest services, front desk, or related fields desirable.
* Calm and composed demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with Opera PMS, MGS, MARSHA Operational Systems.
