Responsibilities
Deliver an excellent sales experience, caring for and fulfilling customer desires.
Achieve company sales objectives by managing customer relationships.
Provide sales and post‐sales assistance.
Organise the store, ensuring the sales floor, back‐office and stock are always tidy.
Present the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand imagery correctly.
Qualifications
Experience in retail (sales, returns, orders, etc.).
Commercial orientation and ability to work in a team.
Dynamic, flexible and available for varied turns.
Strong relational and communication skills; able to adapt communication and interaction to different interlocutors, handle objections and conflicts.
Problem‐solving mindset.
Professional Conditions
Comfortable with PC, Microsoft Office and communication applications; high tech aptitude.
Language Requirements
Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. xrdztoy
