Benelli is looking for a Senior Designer with solid experience and a visionary mindset to shape the design of future models that will define the next era of motorcycling.
Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design directions
* Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency
* Collaborate closely with the R&D team to align design intent with engineering feasibility
Skills required
* Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred)
* Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented attitude
* Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modelling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
