We collaborate with our channel partners to define opportunities and develop growth plans, resulting in delivering a great customer experience and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As an Account Executive, you will hold a meaningful role, focused on crafting and driving our strategic relationship within the retail space. You will work with and influence key decision makers to grow Apple’s business.

You should demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends in our sales channels and existing knowledge of key players in the Consumer Electronics market, ideally having worked with carriers and/or retailers previously. Be a team player with a proven track record of driving initiatives within a complex matrix environment. A strong analytic attitude is also required, to monitor key performance indicators that support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of our account plans.


Description

1. You will be responsible for developing annual and quarterly strategic business plans to achieve all Apple’s Lines of Business (LOBs) growth objectives. You will build an account plan, initiate sales strategies, and work cross-functionally within Apple and with retail partners to execute sales programs with excellence.
2. Influence, negotiate, and execute quarterly demand generation activities. Collaborate with Retail Operations, Finance, and the partner to lead the forecast and supply planning process to improve inventory efficiency and in-stock metrics.
3. Work with Marketing to ensure the best customer experience and optimize related assets and KPIs. Use partner insights and reporting tools to maximize productivity.


Minimum Qualifications

1. You have a proven track record of achieving revenue and unit targets.
2. Negotiation Skills: You are an expert negotiator at senior levels within the Consumer Electronics environment.
3. Drive for Results: Demonstrated ability to overachieve on set objectives while focusing on the bottom line.
4. Relationship Building: Experience developing positive relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
5. Analytical Agility: Highly analytical with the ability to convert data into business intelligence while staying focused on the overall objective.
6. Influencing: Demonstrated ability to drive objectives through key relationships.
7. Extraordinary presentation skills.
8. Ability to deal with ambiguity, accountability without direct responsibility.
9. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent required.


Preferred Qualifications

1. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
