Your Next Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Service team focused on solving issues, supporting clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in:
* Efficient order management
* Supporting daily delivery processes
* Managing service claims and ensuring timely resolutions
* Overseeing valueadded service activities
* Maintaining clear inbound and outbound communication with customers to meet—and exceed—their expectations
You’ll be supported by a great Team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey!
🎓 What You’ll Need
* A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, with a strong interest in Customer Service
* Active listening skills and a customerfocused mindset
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* A good level of English
* A proactive, solutionsoriented “cando” attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities
* Motivation, curiosity, and passion for supporting customers
