Cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for Experienced Developers ready to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor others.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.)
- Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
- Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment with ITIL and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)
- CSA certification required, additional certifications are a strong plus
- Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting (JavaScript)
- Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI Builder
- Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)
- Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentation
- Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player
