Location: Parma (telework / travels in Italy and abroad)
Contract: Full-time, indefinite
Salary: RAL €50.000 – €60.000
Company: CPL & Taylor by Synergos – a specialised company in medical‑device products, recently joined by an international industrial group.
Job Overview
In this role you will structure and optimise the procurement process, contributing actively to the evolution of the buying area. Your work will introduce method, efficiency and a long‑term strategic vision, ensuring a solid, sustainable and integrated purchasing process, creating synergies with the other group companies.
Responsibilities
* Analyse material needs and define purchase planning using the company MRP system.
* Manage suppliers of electromechanical components, plastic moulding and finished products for marketing.
* Scout new suppliers in Italy and abroad.
* Initially structure the purchasing function, then manage the process, optimising time and cost.
* Coordinate a small team and collaborate with the purchasing functions of the group's other companies.
* Handle national and international contract management.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in strategic procurement planning and management.
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract law.
* Experience in structured environments or motivation to build one.
* Proactive, patient and focused on continuous improvement.
* Fluency in English (essential).
* Team‑oriented and collaborative spirit.
