Responsibilities include : Help Desk support via phone and email to clients such as Dental Studios and Dental Laboratories Remote assistance on specific software for managing radiological images and CAD / CAM systems Software updates Opening and managing user tickets Occasional technical interventions at client locations Ideal Candidate Possesses a dental technician diploma and / or laboratory experience, has a good technical IT background, is comfortable with main computer systems (Windows and Office), and has gained experience in a similar role in commercial companies and / or technical assistance sectors.
