HR MANAGER
Our client, for its Italian headquarters, has asked us to look for the figure who, reporting directly to the General Management, will fully manage the company's HR policies
RESPONSIBILITY'
The figure who will be inserted, with the support of his team
1. will directly follow issues related to industrial relations,
2. will supervise the areas of administration and personnel management,
3. will monitor and be involved in the management of disputes, absenteeism, disciplinary measures, etc. in compliance with legal deadlines and times;
4. will take care of selection and onboarding issues and those related to the training and development of people;
5. it will also deal with talent attraction and compensation policies;
6. he will also be responsible for the budget assigned to the HR area
7. will guarantee constant discussion and a solid partnership with the Group's management, so as to ensure management and taking charge of needs and critical issues;
8. will act as a privileged interlocutor in relations between the Management and all the other executive bodies of the company
Requirements:
9. Specialist Degree or Old System integrated with a Master's Degree in Organization and Human Resources Development;
10. At least 5/10 years' experience in HR within structured managerial companies;
11. Logical knowledge of trade union relations, payroll, contracts, labor regulations, management and development;
12. Knowledge of the English language at a good level, both written and spoken; and perhaps even that of a second language (Spanish first and foremost), will be highly appreciated features; understandably, the company's international presence makes these elements particularly relevant
13. Problem solver, with excellent relational, analytical and communication skills, with strong mediation skills and attention to the clarity and correctness of information, at all levels, both internal and external to the company, with characteristics of precision and reliability.
The resource will be placed directly under the Group with the qualification of Framework (Food CCNL);
the place of work is Bologna
