Planning & Fulfillment Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. The work model for the role is: #Li-On-Site This role is contributing to the Smart Power Division in Italy, in our Garbagnate plant. You will be mainly accountable for: - Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
- Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
- Responsible for the production schedule
- Back-up for RDC (Regional Distribution Center) activities
- Logistic activities such as PFEP (Plan For Every Part, Value Stream Map, Consignment Stock, Kanban,...) You will join a dynamic and high-performing team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role**
- You hold a Degree in management engineering
- You have a proactive and a team player aptitude
- You have good proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SAP would be considered a plus.
- You bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
