In this role, you will be responsible for both in-house and field repairs of the entire Seital product line, including auxiliary equipment and support for other SPXFLOW products. The position requires travel up to 80% domestically and internationally to meet customer needs and acquire in-depth knowledge of SPXFLOW machinery. /ph3What Will I Be Doing? /h3olliMaintaining safety policies and procedures /liliInstalling equipment and components at customer sites /liliTroubleshooting, testing, and repairing equipment and components, including remote diagnostics /liliPerforming teardown and diagnostic tests to ensure proper functionality /liliResponding to customer inquiries about operation and malfunctions /liliAdvising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations to enhance performance /liliPromoting a positive work atmosphere through professional communication /liliReporting recurring component failures to Product Management and Development /liliProducing detailed service reports and maintaining safety standards /li /olh3What Do I Need? /h3ulliHands-on experience as a field service technician, repairing industrial machines /liliAbility to upsell and recommend parts and services onsite /liliMechanical background or technical degree, preferably in Food Beverage /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to work independently and in a team /liliWillingness to travel up to 80% /liliOpen-mindedness, flexibility, and excellent communication skills /liliFluency in English /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience servicing industrial equipment, especially centrifugal machines or liquid separators /liliKnowledge of Italian language /li /ulh3About SPX Flow /h3pWe innovate sustainable solutions to improve the world.
