Overview
Customer Technical Support Coordinator - Italy at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This role coordinates the dispatching of service technicians, manages logistics, and ensures timely and efficient service delivery to customers. The position is part of the Customer Care Organisation located in Italy and will be onsite.
Responsibilities
* Prioritize and schedule/dispatch field service resources based on availability, skill set, and geographic location.
* Coordinate the transportation and delivery of diagnostic equipment and parts to service locations in line with established processes, ensuring that all necessary tools, parts, and documentation are available for service technicians before dispatch.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with managers, service technicians, customers, and internal departments.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, or customer service role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
It Would Be a Plus If You
* Speak European languages, at least Italian and English plus another language.
* This role will be onsite.
