In this Cost Controller role, you will safeguard project economics by planning and validating cost and billing for assigned projects. You will support the Project Management Team and the Project Cost Controller Area to influence decisions that optimize timelines and costs. You’ll deliver timely project progress insights, cash flow forecasts, and profit improvement recommendations. This position links finance with operations in a growth-focused environment and offers exposure to cross-functional planning and risk management.

* Define cost and billing plans with project stakeholders aligned to the latest work schedule
* Support decisions to optimize timelines and costs through accurate cost analyses and profitability suggestionsPrepare project progress reports (PSR, monthly dashboards) highlighting variances against budget
* Monitor invoicing, accounts receivable, and ensure timely collections
* Plan and monitor actual/forecast cash flow and flag potential collection issues
* Keep standard project costs updated and ensure accurate cost recording (labor, materials, subs, warehousing)
* Inform Project Cost Controller Area about status, issues and opportunities with clear financial view
* Collaborate with departments to align cost control with company strategy
* Coordinate risk discussions with PM and Group Risk Manager and update risk and contingency plans
Responsabilità
* Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
* Experience in a similar role in foundations sector (preferred)
* Skills in economic-financial planning
* Knowledge of SAP ERP
* Knowledge of CPM cost accounting software (plus)
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
* English Proficiency (B2)
* Strong interpersonal skills
