The System Engineer will define, implement, maintain the System architecture in conjunction with all the other teams belonging to the R&D community.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and implement mid to complex subsystems within a larger embedded system.
* Understand correlations among different parts of the system: mechanics, optics, electronics and software.
* Give the Team feedbacks about criticalities that may impact on program’s schedule.
* Have full control on Bill Of Material cost target and implement effective strategies to minimize it.
* Take design choice in a cooperative process and be able to sustain deep technical discussion.
* Troubleshoot the design, interact with Validation and Verification team in a fruitful manner.
* Give support to SQA activity, such as documentation, requirements building and process integration.
* Report Programs’ status to stakeholders via Technical Reviews and presentations.
* Manage interactions with other departments (i.e. Procurement, Operations) in order to have the best technical solutions in terms of functionalities and product manufacturing
* Job Details & Specifications
* Electrical design and/or C/C++ in embedded systems.
* EMC implications in system design for Reliability and Safety standards.
* Linux and/or Real Time OS.
* Knowledge of software design for radio/communication protocols is a plus.

Requirement:
Education - Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering / Computer Science
Experience: 3/4 years of experience in embedded systems development in medium-large organizations with well-established processes (requirements tracking, configuration and bug tracking, requirements, git flow, etc.)
