Research Leader - HVAC Solutions
Join our team as a Research Leader within our Technical Research Team, where you will contribute to shaping the future of HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading internal research projects and managing external collaborations, ensuring smooth project activities.
2. Acting as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders to facilitate effective information processing and transfer.
3. Applying your thermodynamic expertise throughout all project phases, with a focus on technical problem-solving.
Main tasks:
1. Lead internal projects and external collaborations, with a focus on operational and technical aspects.
2. Utilize your technical knowledge to analyze problems and assign tasks to team members.
3. Motivate and engage team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
4. Report project activities to the Research Manager, proactively addressing bottlenecks and risks.
Candidate profile:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
* Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
* Positive attitude towards operational work and team leadership.
* Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
* Experience in the HVAC&R field is preferred but not mandatory.
* PhD is considered an advantage but not required.
