Event Project Manager
Reporting to: Head of Events / Head of Production
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the entire executive production of an Event, from the brief to the final balance and project closure.
The PM is the key contact for the Client and is responsible for his/her satisfaction, considering the project execution, quality and respect for the timeline and budget given.
The PM is responsible from the brief reception to building the relative budget and organizing the entire team's work, which he/she needs to activate and then manage (internal and external resources) through the production.
The resource must be able to understand the actual scope of the project, monitoring all the phases and the team involved.
The Project Manager will work closely with the MakeItPerfect Head of Events (HOE)/ Head of Production (HOP), reporting to him/her.
Among the main tasks of the PM, such as but not limited to the above:
* Take part in the Client brief, when possible, or have an accurate internal brief from who collected the brief
* Organize the internal kick-off meeting with all the necessary departments to be involved (creative, production, etc)
* Create on G-Drive the Project folders
* Coordination of the creative presentation with Creative Director supervision and definition of the project budget in accordance and supervision of HOE/HOP
* Analyze feasibility studies if needed, brief the suppliers and activate, if necessary, producers in order to support the offers collection and comparison to be reviewed and supervised by HOE/HOP
* Define with Designers renders and visuals to be produced along with the Creative Director’s supervision
* Develop the project timeline and milestones with HOE/HOP’s supervision
* Control each phase of the project, manage contacts, report work progress and anticipate eventual interventions if needed
* He/she is responsible for the project budget and related marginality
* He/she is responsible for the admin workflow related to the project: Client invoicing and PO, Client terms of payment, Client Contract, internal PO request, check and submission to suppliers
* He/she is responsible for maintaining the project budget updated with the internal cost and alert in case unable to respect the given margin.
* He/she is responsible for checking eventual supplier/location contracts, to be reviewed with HOE/COO
* He/She will be working in MakeItPerfect’s Milano Office, possibly working sometimes based on necessities in the Cremona Office (one hour by train from Milano).
* He/She will be available to travel abroad based on necessities.
Qualifications
* Degree or Specialization preferred in Communication, Economics
* Previous experiences of at least 3 years in the same environment
* High level of English, spoken and written
* Another language is a plus
* Excellent use of Office Package, very high level on Excel
* Keynote program use
