Join us and help tell our story to the world.\nWe are looking for a native English-speaking Social Media Specialist with proven experience in managing social media channels and a strong passion for fashion, lifestyle, art, and music.\nAs part of the Marketing Department and in close collaboration with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing editorial and communication strategies for our brands on an international scale.\nThis role involves managing multiple social accounts across our brand portfolio and requires excellent copywriting skills in English as well as a good level of Italian for internal coordination.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEditorial Planning & Strategy Define, plan, and implement monthly editorial calendars for multiple brands.\nIdentify the most relevant social channels for each brand (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).\nDevelop both organic and paid social strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.\nStay up to date with emerging trends to maximize ROI and identify new opportunities. Content Management Oversee daily publishing and posting, ensuring lifestyle consistency in tone, style, and visuals.\nWrite engaging English copy (native level), adapting to each brand’s unique voice.\nCollaborate with external agencies for creative content production (photo, video, campaigns), managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables.\nCoordinate with the in‑house design team for content adaptations and production. Community Management Monitor, moderate, and engage with online communities across channels.\nManage conversations, respond to comments, and foster authentic engagement. Performance & Reporting Track and analyze key social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.).\nProduce regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.\nApply sorgt analytical and problem‑solving skills to data interpretation. Paid Social Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns in collaboration with media agencies.\nContribute to budget allocation, audience targeting and creative optimization. Requirements: Native English speaker (mandatory) with good command of Italian.\n3–5 years’ proven experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies.Ability to manage multiple accounts and brand identities simultaneously.\nDeep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube best practices.\nHands‑on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).\nStrong analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.\nCreative flair and strong aesthetic sensibility for visual content.\nFamiliarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.\nPassion for fashion, lifestyle, art, and music.\nCollaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder‑management skills. Location & Reporting Full‑time role, based in Bologna Bedingungenvironment.\nPart of the Marketing Department, working closely with the Creative Team.\nReporting directly to the Head of Marketing & E‑Commerce.
