Consolidation & Financial Reporting Associate The candidate selected will be part of the Group Accounting, Consolidation & Financial Reporting team carrying out the following activities: • Perform accounting activities following established policies and procedures to ensure execution of daily activities in a timely and effective manner• Create and maintain master data information to ensure quality and update of data • Collect, analyses, consolidate financial data, and develop basic reports to provide insight for effective decision making• Keep in contact with subsidiaries local teams to ensure a fluent communication to support the consolidation process Requirements: • Master Degre in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.• New graduate or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within Industrial Companies or in consultancy/auditing companies.• Deep understanding of accounting principles ( IAS/IFRS).• Strong analytical skills with ability to pay attention to details.• Ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.• Fluent in English.• Proficiency in standard desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.• Knowledge of consolidation process from an accounting perspective is a plus.
