Missions
Based in our Milanese entity as part of our Organization team you will be a key contact for all local project related topics but will also help with the global coordination. As such your responsibilities will include :
* Responsible for internal project’s management coordination and project with external partners
* Collaboration with other Group entities on international projects
* Detailed reports presentation on ongoing projects status to the Board and various committees (local & international)
* Assist with the RFP responses
* Ensure project mindset and working culture amongst the teams

Critères candidat
* Niveau d'études minimum : Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
* Formation / Spécialisation : Project Management / Business / Finance
* Niveau d'expérience minimum : 0 - 2 ans
* Expérience : First experience in project management is required
* Compétences recherchées : Very good communication and organizational skills
* Compétences recherchées : Demonstrate leadership, facilitate teamwork between local and global teams
* Compétences recherchées : Curious mindset, strong desire to learn and progress
* Compétences recherchées : Autonomous
* Outils informatiques : Good knowledge of MS Office package
* Langues : Fluent English mandatory - French is nice to have
