Your ability to guide and support clinicians will play a key role in enhancing therapy adoption and driving successful patient outcomes through partnership projects.We offer advanced cardiac mapping and ablation solutions designed to help clinicians diagnose and treat abnormal heart rhythms with precision. Responsibilities Plan and implement support activities in coordination with customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products.Serve as the CAS map/navigation expert, training new mappers and acting as an ambassador for clinical and technical data at congresses and customer meetings.Provide technical data and support to sales teams for product demonstrations.Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM tools (e.g., Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or a relevant advanced qualification.Good English level.Flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules, including occasional weekend work and a willingness to travel as required for the role.
