PpFor our Business Unit Transformers we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist whose main responsibilities will be to support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liProvide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offer product/solution/service related training. /li liPrepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. Participate in the kick‑off meeting organized by the project team. /li liDefine cost for the proposed solution and communicate it to the Sales organization. /li liProvide information to the risk review process in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy and sometimes participate in the risk review assessment. /li liAnalyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Perform’s lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul li3‑5 years of working experience as Sales in a similar industry in an international environment. /li liTechnical background (Engineering degree is preferred). /li liPrevious experience working with electric substation equipment; client‑facing experience presenting transformer solutions is considered a plus. /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing complex customers is considered a plus. /li liGood knowledge of English and Italian, both written and oral. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
