Experteer Overview
In this role you will support rotorcraft development programs by defining high-level requirements and shaping technical solutions. You will work across cross-functional teams to manage requirements, analyze mission profiles, and coordinate technical inputs for bids and proposals, contributing to future development projects. You’ll document technical information and ensure proper requirements management and MBSE inputs, helping drive strategic concepts in a collaborative, international environment.

* Define and analyze high-level requirements from customer concepts of operation for rotorcraft programs
* Analyse mission profiles to support performance analyses and strategic solutions
* Define aircraft systems/configurations for new concepts in development projects
* Create and discuss technical documentation to support requirements definition and management
* Represent and coordinate engineering support for requirements across national and international projects
* Manage and coordinate RFI/RFP technical proposals with emphasis on requirements
* Coordinate inputs from TTLs and CPEs for technical bids and proposals
* Identify key risks and dependencies for RFI/RFP responses
* Manage requirements and configurations in the DOORS database
* Perform/support requirements functional analysis using Model Based Systems Engineering (CAMEO)
Responsabilità
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant aerospace role or a degree in Aeronautics or equivalent
* Knowledge of Helicopter/Tiltrotor systems (desirable)
* Knowledge of MS Office, DOORS and/or MBSE (CAMEO) desirable
* Willingness to interface with engineers across teams and manage information from a broad team
* Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
* Strong problem solving and data management skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
* Proactive, with good interpersonal skills
