If it doesn’t align completely with the essential criteria, it could result in rejection. /b /ph3Qualifications /h3ullipMaster’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or comparable degree; /p /lilipAt least 10 years of professional experience in Ground Segment (G/S) engineering projects for space systems, in Phase C/D; /p /lilipProfessional experience of at least five years in definition and design of S/S for EO systems for institutional and/or commercial customers; /p /lilipStrong competences in design and development of EO space; /p /lilipExperience in the definition, management and traceability of requirements structure with the support of DOORS; /p /lilipUse of simulation and computing tools for the definition of G/S performances, e.g. STK, Python, MATLAB; /p /lilipProven capability to define G/S design throughout the support of model-based methods, techniques and tools (e.g. SysML, UML); /p /lilipSound knowledge of ground system engineering processes, and ground system and software life cycles; /p /lilipSound knowledge of relevant ECSS standards ; /p /lilipExcellent conceptual and analytical skills; /p /lilipAbility to devise creative solutions and think out of the box; /p /lilipProven heritage and attitude for problem solving and project team management; /p /lilipHigh level of flexibility, willingness to work in international teams and ability to keep tight schedules; /p /lilipHigh motivation, proactive working approach and strong sense of responsibility; /p /lilipExcellent communication, presentation and documentation skills; /p /lilipCandidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU; /p /lilipFluency in English, both written and spoken. /p /lilipSome knowledge of Italian is an asset. /p /li /ulpbPlease submit your application in English via the apply button below.
