For our location San Giuliano Milanese we are looking for you as:
Sales Order Administrator (m/f/d)
What challenges can you expect?
1. Preparing offers and order confirmations in accordance with agreed customer specifications, considering customer-specific delivery, payment conditions and export regulations;
2. Entering the data relevant to the order in ERP / CRM and master data;
3. Coordinating with the regional sales team in regard to special customer procedures (e.g. special prices, conditions, designs, export regulations, backlogs, open invoices, etc.);
4. Monitoring contracts with customers and agents of the Reinhausen Group;
5. Supporting customer during order processing;
6. Advising customers on commercial matters and simple technical issues;
7. Carrying out internal and external correspondence in accordance with general instructions;
8. Keeping and maintaining digital files.
What do we expect from you?
9. Min. diploma in commercial or technical area (e.g. industrial or business);
10. Sales experience with preferably technical understanding;
11. Spoken and written fluency in local language and English; additional language skills desirable;
12. PC skills (e.g. SAP or comparable ERP system, Office, etc.) and agile working methods;
13. Strong customer orientation and good communication skills;
14. Process and system understanding;
15. Resilience and adaptability are appreciated.
