**Customer Support and Operational Assistant**:
ReVersal SIM, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Customer Support and Operational Assistant to join the team, based in Porta Venezia (MI).
**Main Responsibilities**:
Support financial advisors in client meetings, specifically in preparing the necessary contractual documentation for profiling and opening accounts;
Assist financial advisors in preparing consultancy proposals and the related documentation required for clients to subscribe to financial instruments;
Coordinate activities with the Investment Advisory office to define investment proposals aligned with updated model portfolios and with the Back Office to ensure proper execution of the proposals made;
Manage the client relationship with the partner bank that holds the assets, ensuring proper execution of related activities;
Support the company's management in handling corporate issues related to clients and other internal corporate activities.
**Required Technical Skills**:
Experience in onboarding and managing clients in the financial and insurance sectors.
Knowledge of industry regulations.
Proficient in Office Suite.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Basic financial knowledge.
