Beyond our materials, we’re proud of our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and empowering people from all walks of life to thrive and make a meaningful impact. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Job Purpose /h3 pSupervise, optimize and continuously improve the production activities in the site together with other disciplines, taking into account the local regulations, rules, the permits, the agreed cost budget according to the specifications as agreed with the Sales department. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPRODUCTION ACTIVITIES: Supervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and healthy way. /li liEnsure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors, perform their activities considering safety and healthy as the highest priority. /li liMotivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviour/issues. /li liEnsure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities. /li liControl the activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team on time when problems arise. /li liOPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE PRINCIPLES: Supervise the Production activities in the Site according to the Operational Excellence principles. /li liMotivate people to strive to continuous improvement. /li liPRODUCTION SCHEDULE: Ensure activities are performed according to the production schedule. /li liCollaborate with the production scheduler. /li liAlign with production scheduler and if needed with production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be met. /li liQUALITY AND QUANTITY: Strive to the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost. /li liPEOPLE MANAGEMENT.
