How will you make an impact?HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You’ll be in charge of: Quality in Pre-Production phase:
1. Participation in technical reviews (remove defects, supporting risks analysis follow-up in collaboration with Industrial departments and suppliers)
2. Finished product tests coordination and quality tolerance definition for production
Quality in Production:
3. Validation of Masters/TDS in collaboration with Industrialization team and definition of tolerances for the production
4. Approval of In line production process, validating the first finished products batch and releasing quality report
5. Management of Quality control planning and invoices
6. Go/ No go of quality approval for the production batches shipments
7. Releasing of Production quality KPI for monitoring product performance (analysis and report to Brand Management and suppliers)
8. Continuous improvement of the quality processes at suppliers/ manufacturers
Aftersales:
9. Support to network by before and after sales claims management
10. Management of Quality alerts with Network and manufacturers
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
11. 3/ 5 years of experiences in Quality (continuous improvement, Quality inspection management) within the Fashion & Luxury sector
12. Ability to Problem Solving (quality alerts management or quality problems during production phase), time management and adaptability
13. Excellent technical knowledge of the production cycle (development and production processes)
14. Availability for travel within Italy and Europe
15. Good Knowledge of Excel and office package, ERP/ PLM tolls (knowledge of SAP will be considered a Plus)
16. Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
17. Proactivity and ability to interact with internal and external company stakeholders
