Présentation Axpo Solar Italia is the PV Platform of Axpo Group in Italy. The company is owned and managed by Urbasolar acting as the solar division of Axpo. We operate in the development, investment, construction, and operation of PV assets and deliver green electricity and advanced energy solutions to our customers. Description The Project Manager works in close collaboration and under the joint directives of the Group's Communication Director and the Development Director in charge of photovoltaic power plant projects in Italy. The Project Manager collaborates on a daily basis with the prospecting and development teams to analyze the characteristics and all the operating mechanisms of these activities, ensure competitive intelligence, identify targets and opportunities, propose and implement implement the marketing and communication action plan for Axpo's solar activity in Italy. OPERATIONAL MARKETING / SEGMENTS Competitive monitoring and analysis (competition reviews, internet monitoring of documentation, activity reports, events, etc.) Detailed analysis of photovoltaic market segments (regulations, mechanisms, players, market shares, etc.), Analysis of the results of Government Tenders (FER), Product/market fit analysis applied to Urbasolar value propositions Implementation of commercial documents (Offer file, presentation of the company, etc.) and implementation of appropriate marketing and communication tools Sales channel analysis TARGET PROSPECTING Contribution to the identification and qualification of prospecting targets by market segment Survey of contact/prescription networks by segment Qualified DB deliveries Proposal and implementation of actions (webinars, mailings, phoning) on priority targets Development of lead sheets Support for responses to calls for tenders (tender and oral documents) Network facilitation tools Business Providers COMMUNICATION Identify the needs for each market segment and work in interface with the Group's communication department to develop the dedicated communication plan and related tools Profil Education: Master's degree in marketing or business school Experience required : 3/5 years as a marketing officer, market analyst or product manager, with successful experience in a sector integrating a strong dimension of access to land (renewable energies, real estate development, land development, etc.) Required language: English C1
